Here are two vintage Avon "Perfumed Demistik" solid perfumes, specifically "Charisma" and "Lemon Velvet" scents, both in a .19 oz net weight. 
 "Charisma" scent, originally launched in 1968. It is known for its floral, powdery, and musky notes, with a complex composition that includes top notes like aldehydes, coriander, and hyacinth; middle notes such as carnation, rose, and ylang-ylang; and base notes of civetta, musk, and sandalwood. 
Avon Lemon Velvet Perfumed Demistik.
"Lemon Velvet" fragrance, which was launched in 1972. It is described as a feminine citrus floral scent, featuring prominent notes of lemon, vanilla, and jasmine. The "Demistik" format indicates a solid, concentrated perfume stick, designed for easy application. 
I do not know if these are usable still for fragrance or if they are better kept as a collectible item.
