This is an engraving of Empress Eugénie de Montijo, the last Empress consort of France. She was the wife of Emperor Napoleon III, and reigned from 1853 to 1871. 
The engraving depicts Empress Eugénie in a formal dress with a wide-brimmed hat. The portrait was created by Franz Xaver Winterhalter, who was known for capturing her regal presence. The engraving is dated around 1870.

Approx Size - 8X10

Condition - There is tape residue on the edges but once framed and matted it will not be visible.
