SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Items almost always ship the next business day.

Priority Mail is my primary mailing preference. I will sometimes ship lighter items via First Class to save you on shipping.

If you need an item quickly, please convo me to make arrangements.

Shipping & Handling includes: Postage, SAFE packaging, labels, ink, tracking, insurance, etc. (When applicable, I refund overages in excess of MY costs, that were paid by buyer)

I am a recycler. After all, that is what a vintage seller does. I re-use boxes where applicable and I often use giftwrap as package filling. 

***INTERNATIONAL*** 
Shipping costs are expensive for international. (When applicable, I refund overages in excess of my costs, that were paid by buye.) Costs do not include any customs fees that may be charged by the country receiving the item. (Those fees are buyers responsibility)

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery (In their original conition)

Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

We don't accept exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Refunds are accepted, if there was an enormous mistake on our part. Please contact us so that we may resolve the matter.

 

Please keep in mind, vintage and antique items are not usually in mint condition. Our descriptions will be as detailed as we can make them but we may miss a ding here and a stain there on occasion.
