Antique Essential Oil Ingredients, Perfumer Stock, Vintage Specimen Cork Bottles, Apothecary, Pharmacy (C859)
 
I recently purchased a large inventory of perfumes and oils from the estate of a perfumer in New Jersey. These bottles were among the lot. All the bottles range in age from 1920s through possibly the 1970s, possibly earlier. Some are full and some are empty. I will offer small drams of Vintage Essential Oils in future listings.

This is an amazing collection of Ingredients Bottles belonging to the Estate of Daniel Driscoll of Gillette, NJ. These bottles are all cork Bottles and all contain ingredients. Some have dates, numbers, symbols and names. I don’t know if the substances can be used for fragrance and oil making but they would make a unique display for a home curio cabinet.

List of Bottles Included:

1- Antique Jasmine 1/16 - TCW Bottle, contains little chunks and a yellowish Oil.

2- Neroli, (Mixture with other Ingredients) Has Daniel Driscoll Label - 1/2” liquid in bottle - cork is crumbling and the scent is escaping. I may have to seal the cork with epoxy or wax for shipping purposes or remove and replace the cork.

3- Veining Liquid - Armstrong USA Bottle - Cloudy liquid with white floating bits. - almost full.

4- #22 - Armstrong USA Bottle - Mystery syrup like substance - 1/2” of liquid in bottle

5- #24 2/12/73 - Armstrong USA Bottle, Tiny bit of a dark liquid left - I’m not Sur ever if the number on the bottle is a date or code. If it is a date, weather it’s an expiration or origin date, or weather it is 1873 or 1973. 

6- Huile Vanilla 1/21 - TCW Bottle, contains dark chunks and a lot of white bits in a creamy liquid. 

7- Upper 10 - TCW Bottle, Im not Sure what upper 10 is. 

8- #15 Wallflower, Armstrong USA Bottle, Contains crumbled chunks of material.

9- #2 Marbeling Ink, Armstrong Bottle, A bright yellow watery liquid.

Condition- lots of signs of wear. Some corks are crumbled. The inside Ingredients may not be usable. I cannot guarantee they contain what is on the label. I recommend these for decorative purposes.

Height - Approximate Range - 4” to 6”
