The print is an antique engraving from 1892 titled "Werner and Josephine". It depicts a scene from Lord Byron's play Werner; or, The Inheritance, which was published in 1822. 
The engraving shows two figures: a standing man, Werner, and a seated woman, Josephine. Werner is shown looking forward with a resolved expression, while Josephine is seated with her head bowed, appearing sorrowful. The background features a vaulted stone interior with a suit of armor and an archway. The print was published by Selmar Hess in 1892. 

Also included is the tissue paper covering with a brief description of the scene.
This is an original,  not a reproduction. It came from a destroyed 1st edition book published in 1892 by Selmar Hess called Character Sketches of Romance Fiction and Drama. There is some damage, aging to the bound side of the print. All prints are either wood engravings, etchings, photogravure, or typogravure.
