This is a classy design from the Antioch Bookplate Company. It is an off white parchment with a charcoal gray color. The companies description of this design is as follows:

Product Description
Combining a shelf of books with a drawing of a ship in the background, this bookplate was adapted from a steel engraving originally done by Bank Gordon for the Etchcraft Company. It was introduced by the Antioch Bookplate Company in the late 1950s. The “ex libris” text in the upper right hand corner means “from the library of.”
