Mid Century Royal Haeger Ceramic VASE | Marlin Figurine | Pink & Blue Sailfish 1950s Atomic Age Coastal Decor (DE-A077)
A joyful leap frozen in glaze.
This vintage mid-century ceramic marlin (or sailfish) dates to the 1950s–1960s, an era that loved motion, optimism, and unapologetic color. Finished in glossy pastel pink with soft blue and seafoam accents, this piece captures that classic Atomic-Age coastal look once found on console tables, motel lobbies, and sun-splashed living rooms.
The sculptural pose gives it wonderful movement and presence from every angle. It is unmarked, which is typical for many California and Japanese export ceramics of the period.
Condition notes:
This piece is in very good vintage condition. The underside shows factory kiln pops, glaze skips, and clay bleed-through consistent with age and original production. No cracks, no repairs, and no structural issues observed. Please see photos for close-ups of the base.Perfect for:
