Retro Crewel Art, Table for Tea with Stained Glass Light and Black Cat, Mother's Day Gift (A783)
This is an awesome work of crewel art from the 1981. It depicts a table set with tea. The table is adorned with a lovely fringed tablecloth, fruit and a book. There is a decorative stained glass light above and a little black cat underneath. The colors are vibrant yellows, oranges, reds, browns and black, with some pops of whites and green. The work is sewn on a dark brown canvas. It is framed in a two-toned dark wood and gold.
There is a signature that says To Mom, Love Phyllis. 1981
Condition - Very Good, I do not see any stains or holes. There are a couple loose threads.
