I purchased this ring display rack during the liquidation of fixtures from the jewelry store, Charming Charlie several years ago. I used to work there and I wanted to have a piece to remember my time there. It was used to display rings. 
I suppose it can also be used as a bottle drying rack or something to hold spools or ribbon or whatever else you creative minds can thing of.
I placed my rings on the rack to show you how many you can actually fit. As you can see, I had plenty of room for more rings.
It is a heavy metal with a powder coated? gunmetal finish.
