***Here is a sweet ceramic duck planter, likely a piece of Shawnee Pottery from the mid-20th century (1940s-1950s).
Material: Glazed ceramic pottery.
Design: Features a duckling shape with a hollowed back, designed to hold small plants, such as succulents.
Colors: The planter has a cream-colored base glaze, with hand-painted details including a yellow beak and feet, as well as hand painted eyelashes and other accents.It would be a great desk planter for succulents or as a little trinket holder if not for traditional plantings.
Condition - Very Good. There are no cracks. The glaze may have some crazing but it is so lovely.
