Vintage Game, 1988 DARE!, Truth or Dare Game (GT-A023)
 
This game actually makes you do some very strange things...if you date. Such as jump in the shower with your clothes on and something about crawling on your hands and knees on applesauce. 
Initially I thought it was related to the Nickelodeon game show Double Dare or D.A.R.E to keep kids off drugs, but you may have to be on them to play this game. 
It has all the pieces.
