This amazing skirt is from the 50s. This would be great addition to your summer trip to Paris, France or wear it to bring your mindset closer to Paris. This can truly be called a poodle skirt since there is a little black French poodle on a leash in the print!

I rescued it from a trunk in an attic recently. It belonged to my Grandmother who was an amazing amateur seamstress.

The color is like a spicy brown mustard, with Black, white, orange and pretty violet purple. I am absolutely in love with this color scheme. It is so unusual. The print depicts parks full of flowering trees and ladies walking poodles with their gentlemen as well as fountains buildings and the Eiffel Tower.

The full skirt is Pleated at top to add more fullness. There was once a crinoline attached which has since been removed. You can add petticoats or crinoline to add flare. The sturdy metal zipper opening is along the back. There is a black elastic at the waist.


Condition- Excellent- I cannot find any flaws. I believe this skirt is MINT!

Size - This is Handmade so no Size Tag - I would guess no bigger than 4 or XS or S. The dress form in the picture is a 6 and it was unable to button at top.Please review measurements carefully.
