This is a 1990s micro machines RV, Mobile Home that pops open to display a small city or construction space. It no longer contains any of the little pieces such as stop signs and road barriers. There are no cars included either. 

Condition- it opens And snaps closed perfectly. The surfaces need a good cleaning. Or maybe paint the whole thing and be creative. My son did play with it outside in the sand and garden. This one is not in pristine condition but with a little work it may be enjoyed for another 20 years.
 
I bought this great micro machines pla set for my son in 2007 on eBay because I wanted him to play with the type of toys I loved as a kid. He loved it and played with it all the time. Now he prefers video games.
