It is a 1970s vintage Avon figural bottle, originally used to hold cream sachet.
The bottle features a charming design of a white cat sitting atop a brown basket. 
Materials:
The cat portion is ceramic with a glazed finish, while the basket base is made of brown glass. 
These "Avon Cat in a Basket" bottles are popular among collectors of vintage Avon products and cat-themed memorabilia. 
I recommend using as a decoration or if you are like me, scoop out the old cream and add your own lotion. It looks pretty on a vanity tray.
