This is such a cute dress from the 70s. It has a navy blue with white polka dot polyester/rayon blend material. The top is short sleeved with a zipper in back and a slight v-neck with a small butterfly collar. The skirt has a thin elastic band waist with a subtle flare. There is a 3/4”buckle belt to wear over the shirt. (The belt loops have been cut off of the shirt.)

Condition - Very Good - There are no holes or stains that I can find.
Size - 16 on Tag, but I do not think that translates to current sizes well - The Dress form in the pictures is a size 6. This dress would Probably be a size 8 or 10? please review measurements below.
