This is a rad casual party dress from the 80s. It features a wide neck with shoulder pads. It has dolman 3/4 sleeves. The dress becomes narrow down at the hips. This gives the opportunity to fluff out knit material at the hips. It has a pretty abstract tree branch with leaves of blue, green, yellow and pink.
