Vintage Necktie, 1940s/1950s Skinny Tie, Red and Blue, Abstract, Tropical, Rockabilly Tie (AC-A090)
 
Check out this vintage 1940s-1950s necktie featuring a bold, abstract pattern in a striking color palette.  The dominant colors are a deep, rich red (possibly a claret or burgundy shade) and a prominent dark blue, contrasted with a lighter, creamy or blush-toned background.
The pattern is distinctly abstract, characterized by broad, sweeping brushstroke-like elements in red and blue, resembling a "scrambled egg" or "modern art" style, which was popular in mid-20th century tie designs. One end of the tie also appears to have a more structured, possibly geometric or checkered pattern in navy and a lighter tone.
