Pin Cushion Cute Blue and White pillow with pink flower (A424)
 
I found this at an estate sale about 20 years ago. I believe it's from the 60s.
It is approximately 4" in diameter. It is made of a soft nylon like material. I think it is packed with sawdust.
The color in the picture is not as bright as the actual cushion. It is cobalt blue and white with a magenta flower.
