This is an old stamp sheet collecting file folder book. It has 24 pages and a Table of Contents Chart on the Cover.

Condition- it’s been in an attic for a long time. It has a musty old book smell. I wouldn’t recommend using it for very expensive stamps just in case the attic smell ruins them.
It would make nice addition to a collection or a starter stamp collection for a child. Cut unique stamps from envelopes and let them catalogue them.
