Vintage Swan Planter,  Ceramic Flower Pot, Bird Planter (DE-A134)
 
This is a pretty little planter from the 1990s. It has detailed feathers and a graceful pose. 
Condition - There are minor scuffs. There is also Styrofoam glued in the base. It was previously used for silk flowers. That can be removed.
