Vintage Walrus Salt and Pepper Shakers, 1980s-1990s Five and Dime Store, Ceramic Figurines (HG-A093)
 
Check out these two vintage ceramic walrus salt and pepper shakers! They are painted with brown and tan hues to depict the walruses' skin, and have white tusks and blue bases that resemble ice floes. The walruses are in a reclining position, with their heads slightly raised. The style of the figurines is reminiscent of the 1950s-1960s but they were made in the late 1980s to early 1990s.
Condition is very good. Glaze is very nice. I see no cracks or chips. There are stoppers at the bottom to fill with salt or pepper.
